Die Erhaltung und Weiterentwicklung alter Handwerke steht im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit von FAIR CRAFT. Die Handwerker:innen verarbeiten in kleinen Werkstätten in Transylvanien regionale Materialien wie Glas, Holz, Flechtwerk und Metalle. Und das seit Generationen. Durch den Zusammenschluss zur Plattform FAIR CRAFT schaffen wir Sichtbarkeit, Innovation und können interessierten Menschen unsere Produkte zum Kauf anbieten. Getragen ist das Projekt durch faire Zusammenarbeit.

Auf unserem Stand auf der Freyung erhalten Sie am Ostermarkt und am Christkindlmarkt viele Informationen zum Projekt, den Handwerker:innen und den Fertigungsprozessen. Darüber hinaus können Sie sich über das von mir praktizierte Handwerk des „Flechtens mit Maislieschen“ informieren und sich zu einem Workshop anmelden.
