Handgemachte Erdäpfelpuffer – Frisch vom Marktstand

An unserem Stand am Ostermarkt bieten wir frisch vor Ort zubereitete, handgemachte österreichische Erdäpfelpuffer an. Verwendet werden regionale Erdäpfel sowie sorgfältig ausgewählte Zutaten in hochwertiger Qualität.

Unsere Erdäpfelpuffer gibt es in verschiedenen Varianten – klassisch mit Salz und Knoblauch, herzhaft mit BIO-Sauerrahm, Speck, Schafskäse und Babyspinat oder süß mit BIO-Preiselbeeren und Apfelmus. Als besonderes Osterspecial servieren wir einen Bärlauchpuffer mit hausgemachter Bärlauchfrischkäsecreme und BIO-Ei. Für Kinder bieten wir eine Variante mit Schinken und Käse an.

Frisch zubereitet, duftend aus der Pfanne und perfekt für den Genuss direkt am Markt.
