Hence the name 575 Sagmeister: our main focus is on the quality and origin of our products, which we source almost exclusively from Austria – from local producers and suppliers.

Good, honest, high-quality food – that is what we stand for in our tavern, and we want to bring it “to the street” in exactly the same way! And because things on the street are often fast and hectic, we want to show that Austrian dishes fit wonderfully into a bread roll without sacrificing quality or flavor!
